You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return it without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
How to return an order
Write to us at [email protected] within that period saying that you want to return it and giving your order number. You can use the model form below, although it is not required.
Send us the item within 14 days of your notice, unused and in its original packaging. You pay the cost of returning it.
Refunds
We will refund the amount of your order, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the item before refunding you.
Exception: commissioned work
Portraits and commissioned illustrations are made to measure and are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Before delivery you will receive a preview and can ask for up to 3 changes.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, write to us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We will send you a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights.
Model withdrawal form
Fill it in and send it only if you want to withdraw from the purchase: “To Istrice Illustration (Andrea Veronica Franceschi), C/ Los Llanos 1, 33957 Sotrondio, Asturias, Spain, [email protected]. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following product: […]. Order no. […], received on […]. Name and address: […]. Date: […].”
