Our products include illustrations, portraits, and other artworks. Each piece is unique and created by Andrea Veronica Franceschi. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, but please note that colors and details may vary slightly due to different screen settings.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product description, or availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.
4. Pricing
Prices are in euros and include VAT; shipping costs are shown separately before you pay.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
5. Payment
You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and others), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe and charged when you complete your purchase, before your order is prepared. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
6. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect information.
7. Returns and Refunds
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, except for portraits and commissioned work, which are made to measure. You pay the cost of returning the item and we refund the amount, including standard shipping, within 14 days. If the item arrives damaged or faulty, we send you a replacement or refund you at no cost. All the details are in the refund policy.
