A creative journey to organise your ideas, grow your project and turn what you know how to do into a job.
This isn’t a typical course. It’s mentoring, and every journey is different, because everyone starts from a different place.
You might already have a business up and running and need to put some pieces in order, you might be just starting out and not quite know which way to go, or you might have a thousand ideas and need to find a direction.
My job is to get to know you, understand where you are and, from there, build a small “conquest plan” with you.
What will we work on?
Depending on your project and what you need, we can work on:

- how to turn your ideas into concrete actions
There’s no fixed programme you have to follow no matter what. In some journeys we’ll work a lot on the business. In others, on design and identity. In others, we’ll work on both in parallel.
The idea is to put in place the pieces you need at each moment.
How do we start?
The first session is for getting to know each other. You’ll tell me who you are, what you do, what you’ve done so far, what you want to achieve and, above all, what you feel isn’t working or what you don’t yet know how to tackle.
From there, I’ll build the journey with you. Each session will have its own goals, exercises, tasks and projects so you can launch your project with everything you need.
How long does it last?
The journey is flexible. I recommend starting with 2 months, because it’s enough time to work on different aspects of the project and start putting changes into practice. But there’s no set length: some people need more time and continue for 3 months or more.

Sessions are online, although they can also be held in person if we live nearby.
How much does it cost?
Online: 240 € per month.
In-person sessions cost slightly more, depending on the location.
Who is behind the mentoring?
I’m Andrea, an Italian illustrator and a freelancer for many years. I’ve worked in different areas of illustration: publishing, magazines, books, posters for companies, town councils and events.
Two years ago I moved to Spain, and since then I’ve also been building a network of shops where I sell my own creations. My work is quite varied and, precisely because of that, over the years I’ve had to learn how to organise very different projects, find clients, sell my work, communicate what I do and build a business around creativity.
Recently I also created Istrice Studio, an online creative collective made up of different artists from different fields.
And along the way I discovered something I love: sharing what I’ve learned with other creative people and helping them find their own way to make it work.
